Subscription Refunds

If you're on a subscription plan and wish to cancel, you can do so at any time before your next billing cycle. Refunds for the current billing period are honored within the 30-day guarantee window from your most recent shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately through our Contact page with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

Refund Processing
