The BrewNectar Espresso Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Subwild LLC, doing business as BrewNectar, 1509 Blatt Blvd, Unit 2207, Columbus, Ohio 43230, United States (the “Sponsor”). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. U.S. territories and other countries are excluded. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, directors and persons administering the Giveaway for the Sponsor, and their immediate family or household members, are not eligible.

The promotion period begins October 1, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. EST and ends March 30, 2027 at 12:00 p.m. EST. For these rules, EST means fixed UTC−05:00, not daylight-saving time. Qualifying bundle purchases made from the stated October 1 start time are eligible for the purchase-entry route.

The new online free-entry form is available from publication of this page until the same March 30 closing time. Free entries must be received before the closing time. The Sponsor’s records are the official timekeeping records. The same one-entry-per-person limit and drawing apply to all entry routes.

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, SUBSCRIPTION OR MARKETING CONSENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

During the entry period, complete the free entry form on this page with your full name, email address, phone number and residential address (street address, apartment or unit if applicable, city, state and ZIP code), and confirm your eligibility and agreement to these rules. No account, order number or subscription is required. One valid submission earns one entry, subject to the combined limit below.

If the form is unavailable, contact the Sponsor at our Contact page before the entry deadline. State “BrewNectar Espresso Giveaway — Free Entry” and provide the same information and confirmations. This alternative is subject to the same receipt deadline and entry limit.

An eligible person who purchases a 2-bag or 3-bag BrewNectar Stick Packs subscription bundle at brewnectar.com/products/stick-packs during the entry period receives one entry associated with the email address used for that order.

Limit one entry per person across all entry routes combined. Additional purchases, extra bags, subscription refills or renewals, and repeat free submissions do not create additional entries. Using multiple email addresses does not increase the limit. Completing both routes still earns only one entry. Purchasing, keeping a subscription, or agreeing to marketing does not improve the chance of winning.

Purchase and no-purchase entries receive equal treatment and are included in the same random drawing. Cancelling a subscription or requesting a lawful refund does not by itself invalidate an otherwise eligible entry.

One winner will receive one Breville Barista Express espresso machine. Approximate retail value: US$700. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: US$700. Only the machine and its standard included accessories are offered; separately sold accessories, coffee, drinks or props are not included.

Prize photos are illustrative. Color may vary based on availability. No cash alternative or transfer by the winner is offered. If the stated prize becomes unavailable, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where permitted by law. No more than the stated one prize will be awarded.

Within seven calendar days after the entry period closes, the Sponsor will select one potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Entry route and purchase history do not affect the drawing.

The potential winner will be contacted by email at the address associated with the entry and must respond within seven calendar days after notification is sent. Reasonable verification of identity, age, residence and a valid delivery address may be required. Any legally required tax documentation must also be completed.

If a potential winner is ineligible, declines the prize, cannot be contacted or verified, or fails to respond within the stated period, an alternate potential winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. A potential winner is not the confirmed winner until eligibility is verified.

No fee, purchase or subscription is required to claim the prize. The Sponsor pays standard delivery of the prize to the verified winner’s eligible U.S. address. The winner is responsible for applicable taxes and expenses not expressly included in the prize. Delivery arrangements will be confirmed with the winner; no exact delivery date is promised.

Your name, email address, phone number and residential address are collected to administer the Giveaway, maintain the entry list, verify eligibility, contact a potential winner and deliver the prize. Phone and address information is used only for giveaway administration, not marketing calls, texts or mail. It may be shared with service providers as needed for those purposes. Entry does not enroll you in marketing emails, calls or texts. See our Privacy Policy. Contact us for privacy requests; deletion of information required to administer an entry may prevent further participation.

Automated, bulk, fraudulent or materially inaccurate entries, and attempts to evade the one-entry-per-person limit, may be disqualified. Legitimate entries mistakenly classified as spam will receive the same eligibility review as other entries. The Sponsor will administer the Giveaway fairly and will not retroactively reduce the promised prize or make material changes to entrants’ rights, except where required by applicable law.

This Giveaway is sponsored by Subwild LLC, not by Breville, La Marzocco, Shopify or any social media platform. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
